Area Head - Ajman- Sharjah and UMQ Emiratised role

ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Regional Head to implement distribution/network strategy and sales & services strategy. Agree overall budget and KPI targets as well as budget and targets per customer segments for the area/cluster with Regional Head and delegate budget and targets to the Branch/Cluster Managers in the area. Delivering the agreed budget & KPI targets in that area with managing supporting and monitoring branches branch/cluster managers sales & service teams performance.Implements departmental policies systems and procedure so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a standardized quality costeffective service with high standard customer experience across all branches in that area.Explore and gather all needful details to create new business opportunities within the area in coordination with other Business Lines. Also gather all details to open/relocate/remove a branch or ATM/CDM in that area and provide business justification.Representing the bank in local community in the assigned areaHandle customer complaints in coordination with Head of Customer ExperienceDefines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective implementation of the NBAD performance management processDevelops talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching to achieve the defined goals with clear focus on EmiratisationQualificationsBachelors degree in any discipline with experience in the branch network.Additional Information10 years relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the branch networkRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
