Job Description

We're looking for 2 Area Sales Manager: ModernTrade or Foodservice Channels for the West Region of Saudi ArabiaKey ResponsibilitiesSales & Business GrowthOwn and deliver FS sales targets (volume, value, and gross margin) for the West RegionManage and grow key Foodservice customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, chains, and institutionsExecute route-to-market strategy through distributors and direct salesDrive distribution, availability, and menu penetration of priority SKUsLead customer negotiations on pricing, contracts, promotions, and rebatesIdentify and onboard new Foodservice accounts and business opportunitiesEnsure successful execution of new product launchesCustomer & Market ExecutionConduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and competitor trackingBuild and execute customer business plans aligned with regional and national FS strategyEnsure compliance with pricing, policies, governance, and company standardsManage credit, collections, and trade spend within approved limitsPeople ManagementLead, coach, and develop FS Sales Supervisors and Sales ExecutivesSet objectives, KPIs, and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly executionConduct performance reviews, field coaching, and capability developmentEnforce sales discipline, coverage, and reporting standardsReporting & AnalysisTrack and report KPIs (volume, revenue, distribution, productivity)Analyze performance vs targets and define corrective action plansProvide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market insightsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Trade MarketingAlign demand planning with customer activities and seasonalitySupport marketing campaigns, chef activations, and trade eventsSkillsEducationBachelor's degree in Business or a relevant fieldExperience5–8 years of sales experience in Foodservice and/or FMCGLanguagesVery good English (Arabic is a strong advantage)Skills & CompetenciesStrong negotiation, customer management, and leadership skillsSolid understanding of Foodservice channel dynamics and distributor managementWillingness to travel extensively within the West Region#J-18808-Ljbffr
