OverviewITP Media Group s Hospitality Entertainment & Design Group is looking for a creative and detailoriented Artworker/Retoucher to join our design team based in this role you will be responsible for creating and refining visual elements for our publications. The ideal candidate must have advance knowledge in photo editing/retouching and have proven experience in a similar role working either for a publishing house or advertising agencyResponsibilitiesCreate and manipulate images illustrations and graphics for brands such as Time Out Commercial Interior Design Hotelier Middle East and Caterer Middle East.Prepare artwork files for print and digital production.Collaborate with designers editors and other team members to ensure visual consistency.Retouch and colourcorrect images to meet publication standardsEnsure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines and style requirements.Responsible for managing individual product workflows alongside brand editors ensuring images are created to brief and to deadlineStay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in digital and print production.Essential SkillsEducation / Experience: At least five years relevant industry experience.Essential skills: fluent in Adobe InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator.Desirable skills: experience in Canva Adobe Premiere Pro.Languages: Fluent in English.What we look for in candidatesCreative across everything from cover design to how they respond to challenges.Competitive keeps a keen eye on the competition and wider industry for insights into trends.Energetic a strong sense of humour and highfrequency personality.Persuasive both internally and externally with the ability to present ideas with credibility sound reasoning and emotion.Accountable the ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility for managing projects from concept to fruition and has the ability to selfsupervise in order to meet deadlines.Flexible understands the alwaysevolving nature of the media landscape and is comfortable pivoting when priorities change.#J-18808-Ljbffr
