Assistant Legal Counsel: Contracts, Compliance & Governance

A prominent legal consulting firm in Qatar is seeking an Assistant Legal Counsel to support their Legal Department. The ideal candidate will manage contract drafting and reviews, assist in litigation and regulatory compliance matters, and conduct necessary legal research. Strong legal drafting and analytical skills are essential, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Law and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Qatari laws is a bonus. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
