Job Description

1 Job TitleAsst. Manager – Digital Transformation – CIBG OPSDepartmentOperationsDirect SupervisorVice President – CIBG Ops.Job Number2Job PurposeTo lead successful implementation of Enhancements and Transformation initiatives across OBDX, OBPAY, OBVAM, OBLM platforms, Mind Gate application.Identify ways to reduce Cost by improving operational efficiency, and Innovation.Work with key stakeholders i.e Technology, Product to ensure seamless implementation of Enhancements.Design, test and sign off the Corporate Service Hub Project.Act as SPOC for Neo Corp implementation in NY, Oman, India.Review BRD’s and FSD’s and recommend to senior management for sign off.Identify critical defects and ensure timely escalation to management.Test and implement DigiTB – collection system across IBG countries.To guide & support the functioning of Neo Corporate, , FI Online, Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Cash Management Implementation -Collections.Key Result AreasStakeholder management – customers, RM’s, GTB Product / Sales teams, Technology, vendors.Implement and execute digital strategy & change management plan for International and Corporate Banking groups – Oman, India, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and USA; Review BRD’s, Approach Notes within agreed timelines.Review and recommend designs / solutions for defects.Agree on delivery date of defects based on the criticality.Recommend to Management for Sign off on UAT’s / Regression / Sanity testing of initiatives rolled out.Lead and work with cross‑function team on conducting business analysis, data analysis, diagnostic activities in order to innovate / design / complete enhancements.Ensure effective communication on Project deliveries by working with Channel / Segment and Product owner.Use specialised knowledge and/or experience of business areas or products to ensure all relevant information is available to guide design and implementation of the project.Guide and Support team members on UAT and Go‑live / Implementation in order to impact Cost, Sales and Migration goals.Review user manuals and training materials to enable successful implementation of transformation initiatives.To guide & support the functioning of Neo Corporate, , FI Online, Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Cash Management Implementation -Collections.Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working RelationshipsMember of the development/implementation team (including off‑shore) managing projects and IT initiatives.Interacts with project stakeholders from business, enabling units and 3rd party representatives.Work with team members participating in shadowing and training activities.Provide general administrative support to the team, including meetings, knowledge transfer and activity reporting.Ensure management is informed of risks, issues, project/activity status, and team accomplishment.Problem SolvingWork on Innovation projects to address internal and external challenges.Perform root cause analysis & tracking to closure of incidents on the team applications.Recommend solutions to systems or process obstacles.Decision Making Authority & ResponsibilityEnsure operational change, incident and problem management processes are performed.Negotiate with 3rd parties toward the best outcome for the project and organisation (non‑financial aspects).Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceExpertise on Corporate Banking Operations – Corporate Online Banking, Cash Management and Correspondence Banking Relationship.Ability to lead and support diverse teams drawing on different skills to enable strong team results.Excellent understanding of workflow streams, Core Banking system and other banking applications to work on Innovation projects.Business and technical experience in the financial services domain.10 years of experience in corporate banking operations – E2E onboarding and maintenance and project management platforms.Strong organization and presentation capability.Behavioral CompetencyLeadership – 3Decision making – 3Influence and negotiation – 3Interpersonal relationships – 3Planning and organising – 3#J-18808-Ljbffr
