Job Description

Act as the primary liaison between business users, customerfacing teams, and technology teamsGather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussionsConvert business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaEnsure alignment of requirements with CRO priorities, revenue objectives, and customer experience goalsSupport preparation and ongoing maintenance of the product roadmap for the Business Management System (BMS) and related digital platformsAssist in prioritizing features based on business impact, dependencies, and delivery timelinesTrack scope changes and manage functional change requests through defined approval cyclesCoordinate with front-end and back-end development teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementationEnsure seamless integration between customer-facing systems, back-end platforms, and third-party toolsMonitor development progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues proactivelyDevelop a strong understanding of end-user behavior, customer journeys, and pain points.Recommend feature enhancements and UI/UX improvements based on user feedback and usage patternsEnsure digital interfaces remain intuitive, consistent, and aligned with Sobha Realty’s brand standardsPlan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business and operations teamsTrack defects, coordinate fixes, and ensure closure before production releasesSupport smooth rollout of new features and system enhancements with minimal business disruptionMonitor product performance post-launch using dashboards, reports, and user feedbackAnalyze issues, adoption gaps, and improvement opportunitiesDrive iterative enhancements to improve system usability, efficiency, and business outcomesWork closely with Sales, CRM, Customer Relations, IT, Operations, and other teams to gather insights and align deliveryMaintain project trackers, dashboards, and milestone reports for management reviewProvide clear status updates and execution visibility to the CRO Office and senior stakeholdersTake ownership of assigned products and features across the full lifecycle - concept, build, rollout, stabilization, and enhancementEnsure accountability for timelines, quality, and business outcomes of assigned initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
