Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Assistant Welfare Manager to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of employee welfare programs. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the wellbeing, safety, and overall satisfaction of employees, particularly in accommodation, site facilities, and welfare services.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing employee welfare programs and initiativesOversee staff accommodation, transportation, and catering services (if applicable)Conduct regular inspections of accommodation and welfare facilitiesAddress employee concerns related to welfare and living conditionsCoordinate with internal departments and external service providersMaintain accurate records and prepare welfare reportsSupport onboarding processes related to accommodation and welfare arrangementsEnsure compliance with company policies and local labor regulationsAssist in organizing employee engagement and wellbeing activitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in welfare, HR, or administrative rolesStrong interpersonal and problem‑solving skillsGood organizational and reporting abilitiesAbility to handle sensitive matters confidentiallyProficiency in MS OfficeFluency in English required, Arabic is a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience in labor camps or large workforce environmentsKnowledge of local labor laws and welfare standardsExperience in facilities or accommodation management#J-18808-Ljbffr
