Job Description
As Associate Vice President – Total Rewards & Analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping and governing the Bank’s total rewards ecosystem, with a strong focus on performance management, non‑financial rewards, benefits governance, people policies, and analytics‑driven decision making.This role operates at the intersection of reward strategy, governance, technology, and analytics, partnering closely with senior leadership, HR, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to strengthen performance culture, internal equity, and employee experience across the organization.You will act as the Product Owner for Performance Management and related Oracle HRMS modules, ensuring frameworks, policies, and insights are robust, compliant, and future‑ready.What You’ll Be Doing:Design, govern, and continuously improve total rewards and non‑financial reward frameworks, including annual increments, bonus calibration, and targeted retention schemes.Own the Performance Management Framework, including goal setting standards, rating scales, calibration governance, and policy adherence.Serve as Product Owner for Performance Management within Oracle HRMS, leading business requirements, UAT, and ongoing enhancements.Govern and optimize recognition programs to drive adoption, engagement, and alignment with performance culture.Own and manage non‑financial benefits (medical and life insurance), balancing employee value, cost efficiency, and governance.Act as custodian of HR and people policies, including drafting, interpretation, maintenance, and regulatory alignment.Develop and deliver people analytics dashboards and insights covering performance outcomes, rewards, increments, and bonus distribution.Prepare data‑driven submissions and materials for senior leadership, committees, and Board‑level forums, including BNRC and risk‑related governance.Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Technology to ensure consistent, compliant, and well‑governed execution of rewards processes.What We’re Looking For:5–7 years of experience in Total Rewards, Performance Management, Rewards Governance, or HR Analytics, ideally within a large or regulated organization.Strong hands‑on experience owning performance management frameworks and annual reward cycles.Proven exposure to Oracle HRMS / Oracle HCM, particularly performance and compensation modules.Solid understanding of HR policy governance, reward controls, and internal equity principles.Experience managing or governing medical and life insurance benefits.Strong capability in people analytics, dashboards, and data‑driven storytelling for senior stakeholders.Comfortable operating at AVP level with senior leadership, committees, and governance forums.High attention to detail, strong governance mindset, and ability to work independently.Bachelor’s degree required; Arabic is an advantage.What You’ll Gain:Competitive compensation and performance-based incentivesMedical coverage for you and your familyComprehensive life insuranceExposure to high-impact strategic projectsSupportive and inclusive workplace cultureOpportunities for career advancement and professional development#J-18808-Ljbffr
