OverviewAttorney - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)We are looking for a qualified and experienced Attorney to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and representation in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing legal documents, researching applicable laws, and preparing written opinions;Drafting contracts and other documents related to commercial transactions;Advising clients on corporate governance matters;Representing clients in court proceedings;Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel or parties to disputes;Assessing the merits of cases and advising clients on the best course of action.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.At least 5 years’ experience as an Attorney in a similar role.Fluency in English is essential for this role.Preference will be given to Pakistani nationals.This is a contract job without accommodation provided; applicants should be able to arrange their own accommodation.This is an urgent opening; we are looking for applicants who can start immediately.#J-18808-Ljbffr
