The Junior Legal Associate will work closely with a Senior Legal Counsel, assisting in a variety of legal tasks and gaining valuable hands-on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level legal professional looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Senior Legal Counsel in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to support the senior team member.Prepare summaries, briefs, and other legal documentation under the guidance of the Senior Legal Counsel.Manage and organize legal files, ensuring that all documents are up to date and accessible.Coordinate with other departments to collect necessary information and documents.Review compliance matters and ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.Attend meetings and take minutes, providing administrative support to the legal team.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Law or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a legal role, ideally within the UAE.Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and basic legal principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in document formatting and organization.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.Ability to work under supervision and follow guidance while taking initiative.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in corporate, commercial, or contract law.Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations.Certification in legal studies or paralegal qualifications.Benefits & Compensation:Competitive salary of AED 5,000 AED 10,000 per month.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Similar Job Titles in Dubai:Junior Legal Counsel DubaiLegal Research Assistant DubaiTo Apply:Please fill in all the fields and submit your CV to this job post.About Us:
