No prior experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesPrepare coffee beverages, such as espresso and cappuccino, using commercial coffee grinding and brewing equipmentReceive orders from customers and process payments accurately and efficientlyExplain menu items and specials to customersStock work areas with coffee beans, condiments, beverages, cups, utensils, pastries, etc.Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working orderFollow health and safety guidelines when preparing food itemsProvide excellent customer service at all timesMaintain polite and professional language when interacting with customersQualificationsThe ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for coffee.
