This is an exciting opportunity to develop solutions for client needs and interact with senior stakeholders.If you are ready to take on this challenge and contribute to the success of Guy Carpenter we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesAssist brokers in the end-to-end placement of Facultative placements ensuring smooth operations between the Placement team and CSS team.Respond to client queries and concerns promptly maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.Regularly update management on issues and progress to ensure quality client service.Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and reinsurance companies to effectively communicate client demands.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic changes and ensure adherence to standards.What you need to haveMinimum of 5 years of experience in reinsurance placements.Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong communication and effective influencing skills with a transformative mindset and practical experience.Experience in a large complex global organization demonstrating a desire to succeed in a demanding and innovative environment.Self-starter with a track record of seamless and strong organizational skills.What makes you stand outIn-depth knowledge of technical and functional reinsurance concepts.Evidence of innovating and driving ongoing process improvements.Ability to learn quickly and maintain high performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Marsh McLennan is committed to embracing a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
