Job Description

The Business Analyst (BA) will play a critical role in enabling enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on studying existing customer journeys, business processes, applications, infrastructure, and IT systems, and translating business priorities into a structured modernization roadmap. The BA will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic drivers, regulatory needs, and operational pain points.The BA will act as a bridge between business, operations, compliance, and technology, ensuring that digital initiatives are business-led, value-driven, and aligned with Saudi regulatory and Vision 2030 objectives.Key ObjectivesAnalyze current-state customer journeys, business processes, and IT systemsIdentify pain points, inefficiencies, and technology constraintsDefine future-state journeys and capabilities aligned with business strategyDevelop a prioritized, business-driven modernization and digital transformation roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Customer Journey AnalysisConduct detailed analysis of customer journeys across digital and non-digital channelsDocument current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) customer journeysIdentify friction points related to performance, availability, usability, and data accessAlign customer journey improvements with business outcomes such as efficiency, scalability, and customer experienceProcess & Capability AssessmentAnalyze end-to-end business processes supporting portfolio management, trading, client relationship management, and digital engagementIdentify process gaps caused by system limitations, manual workarounds, or lack of integrationDefine required business and IT capabilities to support future operating modelsDigital & Modernization RoadmapDefine a phased modernization roadmap aligned to:Business priorities and strategic initiativesPerformance and scalability improvementGovernance and analytics enablementSupport prioritization based on business value, risk, complexity, and dependency analysisStakeholder Engagement & AlignmentWork closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT leadershipFacilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to capture requirements and prioritiesTranslate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and transformation themesEnsure alignment between strategic drivers, regulatory needs, and technology initiativesCustomer Journey Maps (As-Is and To-Be)Business Process Models and Capability MapsPain Point and Gap Analysis ReportsBusiness-Aligned Modernization & Digital Transformation RoadmapHigh-level requirements and initiative definitions for downstream delivery teamsRequired Skills & ExperienceCore Skills2–4 years of Business Analyst experience in financial services, fintech, investment or wealth management industry.Strong experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation or IT modernization initiativesProven ability to map customer journeys, business processes, and IT landscapesExperience working with senior business stakeholders and IT leadersStrong analytical, facilitation, and documentation skillsSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesAbility to operate in ambiguous environments and structure complex problemsBusiness-first mindset with strong technology appreciationCollaborative, facilitative, and outcome-oriented approach#J-18808-Ljbffr
