The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; be knowledgeable on current trends in the business coaching industry; and have a strong understanding of business processes. The ability to collaborate effectively with clients is essential.ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance to clients on best practices for setting up a successful business.Analyze clients\' current business practices and make recommendations for improvements.Develop customized plans that meet clients’ goals.Provide guidance on financial planning and budgeting, marketing strategies, operational procedures, and personnel management.QualificationsExperience in business coaching and mentoring services to clients.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of current trends in the business coaching industry; strong understanding of business processes.Ability to collaborate effectively with clients.Indian national or experience working with Indians; ability to speak a second language such as Hindi or Urdu is desirable but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
