In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base within the architectural sector.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architecture industryDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersCreate and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clientsCollaborate with the architecture team to understand project capabilities and requirementsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategiesNegotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targetsRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functionsMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the systemProvide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metricsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the architecture industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of architectural industry trends and practicesExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachFluency in Arabic and English is essentialWillingness to travel within the region as requiredAdditional InformationTargeted Candidate should belongs to Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan, Eygpt and other GCC countries.
