ResponsibilitiesMonitor the creative process from concept to project administration to ensure the coherence of design conceptsPlan and carry out minor revisions to finish the work design settingOversee the development of technical drawings by less senior designersCompletely control the program and maintain a good, inventive, and functional designCreate thorough blueprints and remedy any errorsCompile the project requirementsRequest authorization to build and execute from the competent authorities.Record and present studies, proposals, applications, and contractsModify plans to change circumstances and handle difficulties that develop during workDrive to work sites, suggested locations, and client meetings regularly.Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional designTake the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposalsDevelop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impactProduce detailed blueprints and make any necessary correctionsCompile project specificationsKeep within budgets and timelinesEnsure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulationsMake on site visits to check on project status and report on project.RequirementsBachelor degree in architectureMust possess a minimum of 2 - 3 years of GCC experience in the construction industryExcellent layout and daft talent and competence with Auto CADA great eye for detailsExceptional skills communicating to both technical and senior audiences utilizing seminars and demosPrepared to work very long hours, under time and cost constraintsCapability and willingness to go to customers’ locations to work with them on-site#J-18808-Ljbffr
