Dubai is a global hub for entrepreneurs and investors, and our mission is to make your entry into this dynamic market seamless and successful.Position Overview:We are looking for aMalayali Female Business Setup Consultantwith excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, a client-centric attitude, and strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures. The candidate will play a vital role in helping clients establish their businesses in Dubai (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore).Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on the best business structure and jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their business needs.Manage the entire business setup lifecycle including trade license applications, approvals, and renewals.Liaise with government authorities such as DED, MOHRE, Dubai Municipality, Free Zone Authorities, etc.Ensure corporate compliance with UAE laws including ESR, UBO, and AML requirements.Draft, review, and process legal documents such as MOAs, board resolutions, NOCs, license applications, etc.Assist in opening corporate bank accounts for clients by coordinating with banks and preparing the required documentation.Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions in the CRM system.Meet and exceed monthly targets for new business acquisition and client conversion.Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Requirements:Female candidatesfrom a Malayali background(fluent in Malayalam & English).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or any relevant field.Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experiencein company formation/business setup.Solid understanding of UAE corporate laws and licensing procedures.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Proactive, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with UAE Free Zones (DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.).Salary & Benefits:Salary Range:AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month (based on experience)Attractiveincentives and commissionstructure on meeting sales targetsBonusfor bringing in new leads and closing businessAnnual leave + airfare allowanceCareer development and training opportunitiesSupportive team culture with regular team-building activitiesNote:Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthExperience:Same industry: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Malayalam (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
