Job Description
ResponsibilitiesPerform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assignedFollow up on updates to the organizational structure of all RTA departments in all new bulletins and circulars issued or changes in positions and grades and reflect them in the relevant systems and reportsPrepare and design a dashboard and feed it with data related to the Authority’s workforce on a periodic basisPreparing analytical studies related to human resources planning in accordance with the best local and international practices and providing appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions to the department director and the department directorPrepare a job analysis tool for all available jobs according to the approved structures and work responsibilitiesMonitor, measure and analyze the department’s performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement and the most important recommendations for the department director and department directorManaging, designing and implementing data-related planning and talent attraction projects in accordance with the project management policy approved by the Authority, and submitting periodic reports on its work progressEnsure compliance with human resources legislation issued by the Dubai Government Human Resources Department or the Authority’s internal policies related to workforce planning processesProviding support in the committees and teams related to the work of the Talent Planning and Attraction Department formed at the Authority levelExtracting all types of reports related to RTA employees from the (GRP) system # Coordination with the Information Technology Department regarding the (GRP) system and addressing these obstaclesPrepare and develop data records related to the work procedures of the Talent Planning and Attraction Department, and update them on an ongoing basis, which includes information about grades and job titles, employee transfers, promotions, replacements, job descriptions, etc.Work to develop human resources data management and analysis, verify the accuracy of the data available in the system, and work to complete and update all information and data related to employees in the (GRP) system, in coordination with the organizational units in the AuthorityProviding support in reviewing studies, work tools, and analytical records related to human resources needs, job descriptions, job evaluations, career succession, career path, and everything related to the Talent Planning and Attraction DepartmentPreparing and designing work files, tools, and analytical reports related to the work procedures of the Talent Planning and Attraction Department, such as performing job burden and need analysisPreparing monthly reports on the progress of work on procedures, projects and initiatives of the Planning and Talent Attraction Department and submitting them to the department director and the department directorPrepare, design and develop periodically forms of specialized documents and reports related to workforce planning and budgeting, provide appropriate recommendations using appropriate forms, display and clarify them, and save them in its database in accordance with the approved policies and proceduresManaging employee data, extracting it from relevant systems, analyzing it, ensuring its quality and accuracy, submitting it to the concerned/requesting organizational units in the Authority, and ensuring its completion and sending on timeDealing with all the challenges of the (GRP) system, studying them, and finding appropriate solutions in coordination with Digital DubaiManaging, developing and updating the (GRP) and the data it contains in coordination with Digital DubaiCoordination with the Finance Department by creating the cost center code in the GRP system and updating the cost code in the relevant systemVerifying and monitoring the granting of powers to the (GRP) system at the authority level with regard to human resourcesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university - 5 years of practical experienceQuantitative and statistical skills to review analyse and present data in a format usable by non-quantitative executives and decision makersExceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writingResourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleaguesHighly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processesComputer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications # Excellent Business writing skillsProblem identification and problem resolution skillsFlexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
