Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Green Cement Factory LLCLocation: Dubai, UAECompany: Green Cement Factory LLC – www.greencem.aeReports to: Managing DirectorRole Summary:The CFO will lead the Finance & Accounts Department and drive financial strategy, capital structure planning, and financial governance for a manufacturing business entering M&A and major greenfield expansion. The role requires hands‑on Oracle ERP capability, strong banking relationships, and experience raising large credit lines and CAPEX loans. The CFO must work independently without reliance on assistants or analysts.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Finance, Banking & Capital ManagementSecure new credit lines (minimum USD 50M) and CAPEX financing (USD 100M+).Lead funding strategy for M&A, JV structures, and expansion.Manage lender relationships, covenants, and capital structure.2. Manufacturing Costing & Operational FinanceOwn full costing framework (standard costing, ABC, overhead allocation).Analyse production economics: yield, energy, wastage, downtime.Maintain BOM, routing, inventory valuation, and product margins.3. Expansion Project Finance & CAPEX GovernancePrepare feasibility studies, NPV/IRR/payback models.Raise financing for expansion; negotiate with banks and EPC contractors.Implement strong CAPEX governance, tracking, and reporting.4. Financial Control, Reporting & ComplianceStrengthen internal controls, IFRS compliance, and monthly closing.Deliver MIS, financial statements, and board-level dashboards.Present financials within 15 days of month closing.5. ERP, Data Integrity & Digital TransformationMandatory hands‑on Oracle Financials experience.Eliminate Excel-based parallel systems; enforce ERP‑only data usage.Work with MIS to build real‑time financial dashboards.6. Leadership & Team DevelopmentTrain the team on ERP-first practices and eliminate shadow Excel files.Build analytical capability and ensure data discipline.Produce MNC-standard presentations and financial reports.7. Internal Audit of Finance FunctionConduct CFO-led audit of F&A team within first 60–90 days.Review chart of accounts, AR/AP hygiene, bookkeeping accuracy.Deliver improvement roadmap and implement controls.Required Experience:10–15 years experience, including 5 years in senior finance in manufacturing.Proven ability to raise USD 100M+ CAPEX financing.Strong costing, plant finance, and ERP governance background.Oracle Financials hands‑on capability (mandatory).Experience in M&A and due diligence.Preferred Skills:Background in high-volume/energy-intensive manufacturing.Experience with automation and digital transformation.Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC regulations.MBA Finance preferred.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA mandatoryExcellent modelling, analytical, and communication skills.Key KPIs for SuccessCredit line & CAPEX financing secured.ERP-only data discipline; elimination of Excel dependency.Real-time financial dashboards implemented.Completion of internal audit & process improvement plan.Costing accuracy & reduced variances.CAPEX project on time & within budget.MNC-standard presentations delivered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
