Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, governance, and performance management across a growing, multi entity organisation. This is a senior leadership role with direct interaction with the CEO and executive management, offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy and drive sustainable growth.The ideal candidate will bring strategic financial leadership with multi-unit oversight, advanced financial modelling and performance management skills, a strong focus on governance, compliance, and risk management, and executive level communication and stakeholder management. High ethical standards and integrity are essential. This role offers the chance to lead the finance function at a senior, strategic level, shape financial governance and controls, work with a dynamic leadership team driving transformation, and benefit from competitive compensation with performance based incentives.Please note this position is open to Saudi nationals only.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement corporate financial strategy aligned with organisational objectives.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for multiple business units.Oversee financial control, internal governance, and compliance across the organisation.Monitor P&L performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and enhance profitability.Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital to support operational and strategic goals.Provide financial analysis and scenario modelling to inform executive decision-making.Lead, mentor, and develop finance, accounting, and treasury teams.Support expansion initiatives, feasibility studies, and investment evaluation.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) required.Minimum 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in multi-entity organisations.Strong experience in financial control, governance, and risk management.Proven track record in leading executive finance teams and delivering strategic insights.#J-18808-Ljbffr
