The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in English literature, composition, and language. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching, a deep understanding of the subject matter, and a commitment to student success.Key Responsibilities :Plan and deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars in English literature, composition, and languageDevelop course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assignmentsEvaluate and grade students' assignments, papers, and examsProvide feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experienceStay updated with current trends and developments in the field of English literature and languageParticipate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum developmentEngage in academic research and publish scholarly articles in reputable journalsMentor and advise students on academic and career-related mattersCollaborate with colleagues and actively participate in professional development activitiesQualifications :Master's degree in English literature, language, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a college or university settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of English literature, composition, and languageExperience in curriculum development and course designProficient in using technology in teaching and learningAbility to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environmentPassion for teaching and commitment to student successExperience in academic research and publishing#J-18808-Ljbffr
