MPC is dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of commercial kitchens across Qatar.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Kitchen Technician based in Doha, Qatar. The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring all equipment is operating at peak efficiency. The technician will also provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, documenting maintenance tasks, and adhering to safety and compliance standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventive maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure peak equipment performance.Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns.Document maintenance tasks and adhere to safety and compliance standards.QualificationsExperience in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Dishwashing processes to better understand and service kitchen equipmentStrong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersCustomer Satisfaction focus to ensure reliable and high-quality service deliveryKnowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in commercial kitchen equipmentAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagramsFamiliarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards in kitchen equipment maintenancePrevious experience in a similar role is an advantageHigh school diploma or technical training in relevant fields is preferred
