Concierge Assistant (Indian/Malayalee) in Al-Rayyan, QatarWe are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian/Malayalee Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide information about the hotel and surrounding areaAssist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and handling special requestsRespond to guest inquiries and recommend local restaurants, attractions, and activitiesArrange transportation or reservations for guests as neededHandle guest complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessaryMaintain a clean and organized lobby areaAssist with luggage handling when neededRequirements:Fluent in English; additional languages are an assetPrevious customer service experience preferred but not requiredAble to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays12th pass certificate requiredWilling to work without accommodation providedValid visa and ticket to be provided by the companyWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
