This unique project consists of major mixed‑use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high‑calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.You’ll Be Responsible ForSupport daily coordination and supervision of early works packages ensuring delivery aligns with programme, cost, and quality requirements.Assist in the procurement, management, and technical oversight of early works packages from initiation to completion: including reviewing drawings, method statements, ITPs, shop drawings and material submissions from the contractor and ensuring alignment with approved designs and statutory/authority requirements.Monitor daily site activities including earthworks, utilities, roadworks, drainage, structures, and temporary works, flagging non‑conformances and supporting issue resolution with the Senior Managers.Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, inspections, and as‑built documentation, tracking planned vs. actual activities across subcontractors.Build strong working relationships with contractors and subcontractors, supporting interface management and resolving day‑to‑day construction issues.Support HSE and quality initiatives through site inspections, inductions, compliance checks, and application of digital tools and project management systems.You’ll Need To HaveEducated to Degree level in a relevant field (Engineering, Construction Management or Similar).Experience delivering large scale construction projects within Saudi Arabia.Proven experience delivering construction projects within complex, diverse teams.Awareness of sustainability, carbon reduction, and health, safety, wellbeing standards.Our valuesSafety first - Going home safe and well: We champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of wellbeing in every team.Client focus - Deliver on our promise: We own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long‑term relationships with our clients.Integrity - Always do the right thing: We influence positive outcomes within our industry, while always aligning with our compliance obligations.Create opportunity - For our people to excel: We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
