Contract Administrator

Meraki Group is looking for a detail-oriented Facade Contract Administrator to oversee and manage contractual agreements for our façade projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling contracts within the construction industry, with a focus on façade systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing risks associated with façade contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate façade contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance with both company policies and legal requirementsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and adherence to contractual termsMonitor contract performance and manage discrepancies or disputes that may arise throughout the project lifecyclePrepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to contract agreements, amendments, and communication with vendorsAssist in cost management and budget control by tracking expenditures related to contractsProvide training and support to project teams regarding contract administration processes and requirementsEnsure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards in contracting activitiesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in contract administration, particularly in the façade and construction sectorStrong understanding of construction contracts, contractual law, and risk management principlesExcellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skillsProficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred SkillsExperience with BIM and other construction management tools is a plusStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work collaboratively with teams and build effective relationships with stakeholdersBenefitsYou'll be part of a growing and professional team delivering high-impact infrastructure projects across the UAE.
