Job Title: Conventional Milling Machine OperatorMachine: Pinnacle Conventional Milling MachineLocation: Dubai, UAEJob SummaryThe Conventional Milling Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining Pinnacle conventional milling machines to produce precision mechanical components as per engineering drawings and specifications. The role requires strong hands‑on machining expertise, thorough knowledge of mechanical drafting, and the ability to deliver high‑quality output while adhering to safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate Pinnacle conventional milling machines to manufacture precision components according to drawings and specifications.Interpret and work accurately from mechanical drawings, blueprints, and job cards.Set up milling machines, including selection and installation of cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.Perform machining operations such as face milling, slotting, drilling, and profile milling.Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges.Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.Conduct routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.Inspect finished components to ensure compliance with quality and tolerance requirements.Maintain proper documentation related to production and quality checks.Follow workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.Essential QualificationsITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience as a Conventional Milling Machine Operator.Mandatory experience working on Pinnacle conventional milling machines.Strong knowledge of mechanical drafting and blueprint reading is mandatory.Required Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in conventional milling machine operations.Excellent understanding of mechanical drawings, tolerances, and symbols.Strong knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and machining techniques.Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately.Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Good time management and productivity skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
