This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of architecture, development, and platform best practices while working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.</p><h3>What you’ll be doing:</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end solution design, development, and customization on the Creatio platform</li><li>Define and own the technical architecture, ensuring best practices and coding standards</li><li>Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions</li><li>Oversee system integrations and ensure seamless data flow across platforms</li><li>Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership</li><li>Ensure performance, scalability, and security compliance across the platform</li><li>Support deployments, troubleshooting, and environment management</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for:</h3><ul><li>9+ years of experience in CRM / low-code platforms</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with the Creatio platform</li><li>Proven experience in technical leadership or architecture roles</li><li>Solid understanding of system integrations and data architecture</li><li>Experience working closely with business stakeholders</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
