Director- Corporate Banking Origination

Job PurposeResponsible for originating Treasury and Global Markets solutions for corporate clients, focusing on balance sheet, risk management, and transactional needs. The role is client-facing and revenue-driven, with accountability for developing client relationships, originating deals, and coordinating solution delivery in line with the Bank’s governance and risk standards.Key Result AreasOriginate treasury and markets-related business from corporate clients.Drive revenues across FX, rates, deposits, and approved structured solutions.Identify client balance sheet, liquidity, and risk management requirements.Coordinate with Structuring, Trading, and Product teams to deliver client solutions.Maintain strong senior-level relationships with corporate clients and coverage teams.Ensure all transactions comply with suitability, credit, and risk frameworks.Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and management reporting.Knowledge, Skills and Experience10+ years of experience in Corporate Banking Sales or Treasury Origination.Strong understanding of corporate treasury and markets products.Proven track record in client origination and revenue generation.Strong commercial judgment and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
