As we embrace different ways of seeing the world, listening to each other and respecting different viewpoints, we grow stronger – together.Customer AcquisitionUnderstand the client’s requirements and assess, discuss and agree on a deal’s desirability in coordination with products and related partners, to ensure business requirements.Develop account plans to swiftly follow‑up on identified business opportunities and provide regular updates related to pipeline & accounts development.Provide inputs to the Unit Head on customer needs and trends in the market, which are commercially viable to enable product enhancement and cater to customer needs.Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain effective relationships with customers and manage their accounts under guidance and support of the Unit Head, ensuring business continuity and helping customers make informed decisions about their accounts and explaining financial services offered.Act as main point of contact for all clients in the portfolio, ensuring appropriate servicing and effective resolution of issues.Develop close working relationships with all product partners to contribute to cross‑selling opportunities.Prepare and execute a call program to evaluate risks, assess opportunities and maximize potential to cross‑sell products, ensuring the bank’s relationship strategy aligns with the portfolio and industry quality standards.Portfolio ManagementHold regular meetings with portfolio clients and maintain ongoing dialogue to discuss financial needs, introduce products and services, and maximize portfolio revenues, ensuring clients are aware of all relevant products/services and credit analysis.Keep up‑to‑date on all services and products customers are using from the bank, addressing issues raised across any department to ensure customer awareness.Ensure all regulatory, audit and compliance issues are in place and all internal controls are maintained at the highest operational standards, minimizing losses and reducing near misses.Internal CollaborationDevelop relationships and coordinate with other departments to meet client service expectations.Engage stakeholders including Operations, Technology, Branches, Legal and Risk to deliver timely and effective client experience.Self‑Management ResponsibilitiesDefine performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensure goals are achieved.Identify training and development requirements for self and agree on them with the reporting manager to ensure required training is arranged and attended.Strive to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all competencies and skills required to perform the role.Keep abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail customer relationship management.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking or a related major field of study.SCA certification (CISI Level 3) and UAE Rules & Regulations (Mandatory).Seniority LevelNot ApplicableEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionFinance and Sales / Banking#J-18808-Ljbffr
