The company currently employs a workforce of approximately 4,000 in the Middle East, and a total of 10,000 worldwide.Why This Role MattersThis role is supportive in ensuring that all project and tender drawings are accurate, clear, and well-coordinated, serving as a vital link between the design, estimating, and project teams. By preparing detailed drawings, assisting with quantity take-offs, coordinating with engineers and surveyors, and maintaining organized documentation, the role helps prevent errors, streamlines communication, and ensures that project submissions and execution align with client requirements and contract specifications. It directly contributes to smooth project workflows and successful tender and construction outcomes.What You'll DriveTender & Project Drawing PreparationPrepare detailed drawings and mark-ups based on tender documents, specifications, and design instructions.Produce quantity take-off drawings to support the Quantity Surveyor and Estimator.Assist in developing visual aids, diagrams, and layout plans for tender submissions.Revise drawings according to feedback from Estimators, Engineers, or Project Managers.Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and MEP teams to ensure drawings contain accurate and complete information.Raise queries regarding unclear or missing details in tender or design documents.Support the tender team in clarifications and follow-ups with clients or consultants as needed.Documentation & Version ControlMaintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and marked-up plans within the company network or document control system.Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.Assist in archiving finalized tender or project drawings for project handover.Technical SupportSupport site teams or project engineers with drawings during clarifications or project execution.Assist in producing drawings for material schedules, layouts, or construction details as required.Ensure accuracy and alignment of all drawings with project specifications and contract requirements.QualificationsHold a diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field.Obtain additional certifications in CAD or 3D modeling software as an advantage.Have 0–5 years of experience in drafting for construction projects.Gain experience in infrastructure and marine projects (ports, quay walls, bridges, dredging, heavy civil works).Work with tender documentation and construction drawings.Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant drafting software.Apply knowledge of 2D and 3D drafting standards and conventions.Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Understand construction methods, materials, and quantities to support QS and tendering teams.Possess knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) as a plus.Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy.Organize and manage multiple drawings simultaneously.Communicate and coordinate effectively with engineers, QS, and tender teams.Work under tight deadlines and respond efficiently to project or tender revisions.Communicate fluently in English.Additional InformationWhy You'll Enjoy Working with UsExciting ProjectsCareer GrowthDiverse TeamCompetitive BenefitsPositive Workplace Culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
