<div><p><b>Headquarters:</b>Maharashtra</p><p>We are looking to hire a<b>ServiceNow Engineer – Remote</b>who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our client based in<b>Dubai</b>– which is one of the largest companies in the region.</p><p>This position is a<b>contract role</b>with an initial duration of<b>12 months</b>and is<b>renewable</b>.</p><p>We are looking for a passionate<b>ServiceNow Engineer</b>who can lead platform enhancements and ensure ServiceNow is aligned with IT service management and business objectives. You should also have experience in<b>developing custom applications, integrating third-party systems, and working with modules such as ITSM, and ITOM and ServiceNow Service Portal.</b></p><h3>Key responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., Incident Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery).</li><li>ServiceNow Service Portal: Custom widget development, UI policies, and portal configuration.</li><li>IT Service Management (ITSM): Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.</li><li>Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server configurations, and third-party tool integrations.</li><li>IT Infrastructure Management (ITIM): CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.</li><li>Experience in ITOM module.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Manage integrations using REST and SOAP.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge, skills&experience</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.</li><li>Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module development.</li><li>Experience with system integrations, web services, and APIs.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills.</li></ul><h3>Availability</h3><ul><li>Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.</li></ul><p>We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
