OverviewEngineering Interface Engineer (E2) - 5Position SummaryHill International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Interface Engineer (E2) to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The E2 will be responsible for managing the interface between various engineering disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a full-time position with a 5-year contract.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for all engineering interface issues on assigned projectsCoordinate and manage the interface between different engineering disciplines, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and structuralDevelop and maintain engineering interface management plans to ensure effective communication and collaboration between all partiesFacilitate regular meetings and workshops with engineering teams to identify and resolve interface issuesReview and analyze engineering designs and drawings to identify potential interface conflicts and propose solutionsEnsure that all engineering interface requirements are met and documented in accordance with project specificationsCollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of interface issuesMonitor and report on the progress of engineering interface activities to senior managementDevelop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and minimize delays caused by interface issuesProvide technical support and guidance to engineering teams on interface-related mattersContinuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for engineering interface managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in engineering interface management on large-scale projectsStrong knowledge of engineering principles and practices across multiple disciplinesExperience with project management and coordinationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProven problem-solving and analytical skillsProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteEqual Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
