<div><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>Welding Robot Operation.</p><h3>Job Context</h3><p>Position is responsible to operate Welding Robots.</p><h3>Job Dimensions</h3><p>The Machine Operator – Welding Robot involves regular and close interactions with all Operations Department specially Assembly and Quality Department.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><p>The position is responsible to:</p><ul><li>Welding Activities as per drawings.</li><li>Achieve Daily Production Targets.</li><li>Report any abnormalities during machine operation.</li><li>PPE and HSE issues.</li><li>Cleanness of working area and proper maintenance of the tools/ measuring equipment used</li></ul><h3>Qualifications, Experience&Skills</h3><ul><li>ITI (Welder/ Machine Operator or equivalent).</li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience as Machine Operator – Welding Robots in a Manufacturing Company.</li><li>Understands the mechanical drawings and hands on experience in Trumpf/ Cloos Welding Robots will be an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Behavioural Competencies</h3><ul><li>Teamwork&Accountability.<ul><li>Ability to work with people from different nationalities.</li><li>Flexible in approaching, to improvise in dynamic situations.</li><li>Amicable personality to make long term relations with internal and external stake holders.</li><li>Self-starter and takes initiative for additional responsibilities and challenges.</li></ul></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
