Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entertainment Manager to join our dynamic team in Rixos Al Mairid at Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As the Entertainment Manager you will be responsible for curating and executing exceptional entertainment experiences for our diverse clientele in this vibrant multicultural setting.Develop and implement innovative entertainment programs and events that align with our organizations goals and guest preferencesManage and oversee all aspects of entertainment production including planning scheduling and executionCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event coordination and deliveryRecruit train and supervise entertainment staff fostering a collaborative and professional work environmentNegotiate and manage contracts with performers agents and suppliersCreate and maintain detailed budgets for entertainment programs ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising qualityMonitor industry trends and incorporate new ideas to keep our entertainment offerings fresh and excitingEnsure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements in all entertainment activitiesDevelop and implement audience engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfactionAnalyze event success metrics and provide comprehensive reports with recommendations for improvementHandle logistical details such as transportation and accommodations for performersResolve any issues or conflicts that arise during events promptly and professionallyQualifications : Bachelors degree in Entertainment Management Event Planning or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in entertainment or event managementProven track record of successfully planning and executing diverse entertainment programsStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and negotiation abilities coupled with a talent for building professional relationshipsIn-depth knowledge of entertainment industry trends regulations and best practicesDemonstrated experience in budget management and contract negotiationsProficiency in event management software and toolsStrong leadership skills and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageousCreativity and innovation in event planning and executionExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feetStrong stress management skills and ability to work effectively under pressureCultural sensitivity and awareness to thrive in a multicultural environmentAdaptability to the dynamic hospitality and entertainment landscape in the UAERemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Restaurant Experience,Customer Service,Employee Evaluation,Management Experience,Math,Employment & Labor Law,Sanitation,Leadership Experience,P&L Management,Mentoring,Supervising Experience,Restaurant Management Experience: years Vacancy: 1
