Executive Chef vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAEWe are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dibba‑El‑Fujairah. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing and successful restaurant.Responsibilities:Lead the kitchen team in all aspects of food production and preparation.Plan and develop menus and recipes.Supervise and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, cooks, dishwashers and support personnel.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage budgeting and cost control.Provide creative input on special menus and events.Qualifications:Highly organized with experience in menu creation, recipe development, and cost management.Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse kitchen crew.Passion for food and cooking to guarantee the highest quality dishes.Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory; applicants with strong culinary knowledge and leadership potential will also be considered.Salary: 900 AED per month.
