This is a great opportunity to manage a brand-new fine dining restaurant and help shape its success. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu development, staff management, and food safety standards.The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role as well as strong leadership skills. They should be familiar with international cuisine and have a passion for creating outstanding culinary experiences. We are open to considering applicants from outside the United Arab Emirates and can provide assistance with relocation if necessary.Responsibilities:• Design and develop menus for the restaurant according to customer preferences, budgets, and dietary requirements• Manage the kitchen staff, assigning tasks according to skill level and experience• Ensure that all dishes created meet the highest quality standards• Oversee food safety procedures and ensure that they are strictly followed• Create strategies to reduce waste and increase efficiency in the kitchenRequirements:• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role• Knowledge of international cuisines• Excellent leadership skills• Ability to remain calm under pressureIf you believe you have what it takes to be our new Executive Chef, please apply today!
