This leadership position is essential for ensuring that our initiatives in the entertainment, leisure, and tourism sectors are executed with precision and align with our company's vision.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the project delivery function, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of projects consistent with Qiddiya's strategic goalsDevelop and implement comprehensive project plans that include engagement with key stakeholders and alignment with organizational prioritiesDirect the performance of multi-disciplinary teams, promoting a culture of accountability and high standards of project managementConduct regular assessments of project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to manage risks and resolve issuesEngage with stakeholders across the organization and externally to maintain strong partnerships and facilitate collaborationEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and maintain quality standards throughout project lifecyclesProvide oversight and mentorship to project managers and teams, enhancing their skills and ensuring professional growthPrepare and present project updates and strategic insights to executive management, driving informed decision-makingRequirementsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree is highly desirable20+ years of progressive experience in managing large-scale project delivery within fast-paced environmentsProven experience in leading teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership and motivational skills, with a focus on team development and performance improvementThorough knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate challenges effectivelyWillingness to adaptto changing priorities in a rapidly evolving environmentBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
