Field Executive - Payment Collection & Follow-up

This role involves regular field visits to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining strong professional relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate tracking of collections. This position is best suited for someone who is disciplined, organized, and comfortable working in a field-based role with a strong sense of accountability and communication.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to clients for payment collection and follow-upsEnsure timely collection of outstanding dues in line with company policiesMaintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and client interactionsBuild and sustain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth collectionsCoordinate with internal teams such as sales and accounts for payment tracking and updatesHandle basic documentation related to collections and reportingProvide daily and weekly updates on collection status to managementAddress client queries related to payments in a professional mannerWhat Makes You a Great FitBachelor’s degree (mandatory)Valid UAE driving license is requiredPrior experience in field roles, collections, or customer-facing positions preferredStrong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Arabic is an advantage)Willingness to travel extensively for fieldworkBasic understanding of payment processes and documentationFamiliarity with local routes and locations is preferredGood organizational and record-keeping skillsResponsible, punctual, and able to work independentlyStrong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach#J-18808-Ljbffr
