We are hiring on behalf of one of our luxury French cuisine brand restaurants (Angelina Paris) in Qatar. Renowned for its refined ambiance, exceptional service, and authentic French culinary excellence, the restaurant offers a premium fine-dining experience that blends timeless French traditions with contemporary sophistication.With a strong commitment to quality, creativity, and hospitality excellence, the brand continues to set new standards in the luxury dining scene in Qatar.Role DescriptionThe Operations Manager is the central figure ensuring that the restaurant runs seamlessly, balancing luxury dining standards with operational efficiency. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring oversight of the entire guest journey, from the moment they enter the restaurant to the moment they leave, ensuring every touchpoint reflects excellence. Operations Manager to take full ownership of performance across a growing portfolio of dining concepts. Oversee the daily operations of a premium French casual fine‑dining restaurant in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experience, maintain high service standards, drive profitability, and lead a high‑performing team aligned with the brand’s values and culinary excellence.The Operations Manager acts as the bridge between ownership, culinary leadership, and front‑of‑house teams, translating strategic goals into daily operational actions. They are responsible for creating a memorable dining experience, optimizing processes, controlling costs, and fostering a high‑performing team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementFull ownership of operational performance and profitabilityDriving cost discipline and revenue growthOversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient serviceMaintain exceptional service standards in line with premium French dining expectationsMonitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standardsEnsure compliance with local health, safety, and municipality regulationsGuest ExperienceDeliver and maintain a high level of customer satisfactionHandle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionallyBuild strong relationships with VIP and repeat guestsRecruit, train, and supervise front‑of‑house and support staffConduct regular performance evaluationsFoster a positive, motivated, and service‑oriented team cultureEnsure staff grooming and presentation meet premium brand standardsManage budgets, cost control, and inventoryMonitor P&L statements and implement strategies to improve profitabilityControl labor and operational costs without compromising service qualityAchieve revenue targets and maximize upselling opportunitiesOversee procurement and supplier coordinationMaintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastageEnsure quality control of all food and beverage suppliesQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)10-15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in premium or luxury casual dine‑inPreference will be given to candidates who are currently based in Qatar and available for immediate joiningExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsStrong financial acumen and operational expertiseFluency in Arabic and English (bilingual) is required#J-18808-Ljbffr
