This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a world-class hospitality brand while engaging with VIPs, dignitaries, and high-profile guests in an international luxury environment.As the first point of contact at exclusive events and official functions, you will play a key role in delivering a refined, welcoming, and memorable guest experience aligned with global protocol and luxury service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist VIP guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretionEnsure smooth guest flow, seating arrangements, and event coordinationDeliver personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferencesUphold international etiquette and cultural protocol standardsLiaise with hotel departments to ensure flawless execution of VIP eventsManage guest lists, RSVPs, and confidential informationDistribute event briefings and support operational communicationRepresent the hotel brand with poise, elegance, and impeccable conductAdvise guests on local customs and etiquetteCandidate ProfilePrevious experience in hospitality, guest relations, events, or customer service preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English; Russian and/or German speakers highly preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional appearance with a passion for luxury serviceComfortable in fast-paced, high-profile environmentsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMinimum height requirement: 165 cmSalary & BenefitsBasic Salary: AED 5,000 per month (approx.
