We expanded to 28 schools in our second year of operations, and we're expanding to 100+ schools around the Kingdom in the near future.Hear about our vision directly from our CEO here.Learn more about us:hereAbout the roleWe’re looking for an experienced Content & Tracks Manager to join our team and lead the design and execution of student enablement initiatives across our programs.This is a highly hands‑on leadership role where you’ll work at the heart of our learning experience—shaping programs that directly impact student achievement, engagement, and future readiness.You will manage and guide the team responsible for creating initiatives across four core student tracks:Academic AchievementFuture Career SkillsAspirations & InterestsHigher EducationRole SummaryYou’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from Operations, Tech, Project management, Learning, and Partnerships to ensure that every program we deliver is meaningful, well‑structured, and smoothly executed.The role involves both strategic program design and operational execution, including hiring teachers, planning schedules, designing lab activities, and ensuring high-quality delivery on the ground.The role is onsite in Riadyh.What you’ll doLead Track Strategy & Program DesignOwn the overall design of student initiatives across the four tracks, ensuring programs are aligned with student needs and organizational objectives.Manage the Content TeamLead and develop the team responsible for creating initiatives and learning experiences, ensuring high standards of quality, creativity, and impact.Plan & Deliver Student ExperiencesDesign and execute impactful monthly experiences for students such as:Career daysVolunteering daysUniversity visitsSkill workshopsLab‑based programsTeacher & Resource ManagementHire, onboard, and manage teachers and facilitators required for programs and lab sessions.Session Scheduling & CoordinationOversee the scheduling of sessions and ensure programs run smoothly from a content and learning perspective.Operational Follow‑UpWork closely with lab and operations teams to guarantee that daily activities, workshops, and programs are executed effectively.Continuous ImprovementMonitor student engagement and feedback, and continuously refine initiatives to maximize impact.Cross‑Team CollaborationPartner with Operations, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure programs are aligned with broader organizational goals.Ownership of Student ImpactTake responsibility for creating initiatives that meaningfully improve student outcomes, motivation, and readiness for the future.What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in education, program management, or learning designExperience managing teams and leading cross‑functional initiativesStrong understanding of student development and learning ecosystemsAbility to design engaging educational / enablement programs and activitiesExcellent organizational and planning skillsExperience coordinating teachers, facilitators, or trainersStrong communication skills with both internal teams and external partnersAbility to balance creativity with operational executionHands‑on mindset and willingness to be involved in day‑to‑day deliveryBonus Points If You HaveExperience in EdTech or youth programsBackground in curriculum design or instructional designExperience running large‑scale student eventsFamiliarity with Saudi education and youth development landscapeIf you want to build and scale something real in education—with measurable outcomes and commercial accountability—we'd like to talk.BenefitsIn addition to a competitive base salary, we offer:Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Performance‑based bonus21 days of annual leaveFull premium Medical coverage, including Family Dependent#J-18808-Ljbffr
