Hotel Maintenance Engineer vacancy in Al-Rayyan QatarHotel Maintenance Engineer - Al-Rayyan, QatarAs a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of all equipment and facilities within the hotel. You will work closely with other maintenance staff to perform regular inspections, troubleshoot and repair any issues, and ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate any necessary updates or changes to hotel management.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections of all hotel equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating machinery, and tightening bolts.Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or breakdowns in equipment or facilities.Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any necessary updates or changes to hotel management.Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.Knowledge of general maintenance techniques, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, etc.Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both colleagues and management.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Physically capable of performing manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects.We are specifically seeking candidates who are Egyptian nationals living in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
