Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan QatarHousekeeping ManagerWe are currently seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations of our luxury hotel in Al‑Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluationsDevelop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the hotelMonitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to support housekeeping operationsConduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are metRespond to guest requests and complaints in a timely manner, striving to resolve any issues promptly and to the satisfaction of the guestCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of housekeeping services with other hotel operationsCreate and maintain a budget for the housekeeping department, monitoring expenses and making adjustments as necessaryImplement environmentally friendly practices in housekeeping operations to support sustainable initiativesRequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel settingStrong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team effectivelyExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills would be an asset)Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures for different types of surfaces and materialsAbility to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detailUnderstanding of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operationsPreferred QualificationsWhile not required, the ideal candidate will possess:A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related fieldPrevious experience working in Qatar or knowledge of Qatari culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
