Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAEWe are seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage housekeeping staff, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness.Responsibilities:Supervise daily activities of the housekeeping staff.Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained across all areas.Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.Ensure compliance with safety, fire, health regulations, and other laws.Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.Develop and implement policies and procedures for housekeeping.Train new employees on cleaning techniques.Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints.Participate in special projects as required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role; experience in luxury hotels is a plus.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Fluency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.Salary: 1100 AED/month (negotiable based on experience).
