Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Government Relations Administrator to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this role you will be responsible for managing the interface between our organization and government entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting various HR initiatives.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between the organization and government departments for HR-related mattersPrepare and submit required documentation for employee visas, work permits, and other government-mandated processesMonitor changes in UAE labor laws and regulations and update internal policies accordinglyCoordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for government submissionsMaintain accurate records of all government interactions and ensure proper documentation is filedAssist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with local regulationsSupport the HR team in various administrative tasks and special projects as neededProvide guidance to employees on government-related HR processes and requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2 years of experience in HR or government relations, preferably in the UAEStrong knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and government processesExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detailExperience working with government entities in the UAEUnderstanding of local business culture and etiquetteAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentSHRM or CIPD certification is preferredFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusAdditional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
