In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with Aanaab’s goals, fostering a culture of high performance and employee engagement. The HR Manager will lead and deliver the recruitment and manpower plan, manage employee relations, manage government platforms, ensure compliance with labor laws, ensure high cultural engagement and well-being, and drive talent development initiatives.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.</li><li>Team Development: Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to execute HR functions effectively.</li><li>Executive Reporting: Track and report HR department performance, including all indicators and OKRs as per the strategy</li></ul><h3>HR Operations&Compliance</h3><ul><li>Policy Development: Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with Saudi labor laws and best practices, ensuring organizational alignment.</li><li>Compliance Oversight: Act as the primary resource for all HR compliance issues, providing expert guidance on employment regulations and labor laws.</li><li>Government Relations: Manage all government relations for all full-time and contract-based employees, including compliance with all government regulations.</li></ul><h3>Talent Management&Development</h3><ul><li>Talent Acquisition: Design and oversee recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent while promoting diversity and inclusion.</li><li>Performance Management: Implement robust performance management systems that align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.</li><li>Professional Development: Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and facilitate career advancement.</li></ul><h3>Employee Engagement&Relations</h3><ul><li>Engagement Strategy: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and workplace morale.</li><li>Feedback Mechanisms: Establish processes for regular employee feedback to foster an open and communicative culture.</li></ul><h3>HR Analytics&Matrices</h3><ul><li>Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic HR decisions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Requirments</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.</li><li>5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.</li><li>Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR compliance practices, and best industry standards.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS and organizational management tools.Proven ability to manage HR functions independently and strategically.</li><li>Demonstrated flexibility and strong problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments.</li><li>Collaborative and has strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus</li><li>Familiarity with educational institutions or training organizations is advantageous.</li><li>Fluent or Professional spoken in both English&Arabic</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
