OverviewWe’re Hiring: Inside Sales Assistant – Freight Forwarding | DP World LogisticsLocation: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaDP World Logistics is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Assistant – Freight Forwarding to support our commercial and freight forwarding teams. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales, logistics, and international trade.You’ll gain hands-on exposure to customer engagement, lead generation, and freight forwarding solutions within a global logistics organization.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote DP World’s shipping and freight forwarding servicesUnderstand customer needs and recommend relevant logistics solutionsGenerate and qualify leads for the external sales team to build a strong sales pipelineFollow up on inbound inquiries and existing leadsMaintain accurate records and updates in the CRM systemSchedule meetings and coordinate sales activities as requiredGather market intelligence and share customer feedback with internal teamsSupport preparation of KPI reports, campaign summaries, presentations, and daily/weekly sales updatesQualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related fieldStrong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)Interest in sales, logistics, shipping, or freight forwardingConfident phone manner with a proactive, target-driven mindsetBasic knowledge of freight forwarding or logistics concepts is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environmentWhy DP World?At DP World, we prioritize our customers, collaborate to win, and invest in the growth of our people.
