Job SummaryThe Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing designing and executing interior design projects from concept to completion while coordinating with clients project teams and vendors to ensure quality timelines and budgets are met.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet clients to understand design requirements, budgets and timelinesDevelop design concepts, mood boards, layouts and space planningPrepare 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and coordinate 3D visualsSelect materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and fixturesPrepare BOQs and assist in cost estimationCoordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams during executionConduct site visits to ensure design intent is implemented accuratelyResolve design-related issues during executionAssist in final handover and snag-list closureSkills & QualificationsBachelors degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture25 years of experience in interior contracting projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, MS OfficeKnowledge of materials, finishes and execution methodsStrong communication and presentation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
