Schindler products can be found in many well-known buildings throughout the United Arab Emirates including Bluewaters Bvlgari Hotel and the Dubai Mall.BIM Layout EngineerMobility is the goalResponsibilitiesData Management and Exchange: Ensure the models contain accurate and up-to-date information and facilitate the exchange of data with engineers architects and other project stakeholders.Adding Cobie parameters to 3D model in Revit/BIM as per industry standardCompliance and Accuracy:Verify that the models adhere to project specifications regulations and Schindlers standards.Clash Detection and Resolution:Utilize the models to identify potential clashes or conflicts between different building components and work with relevant parties to resolve them.Collaboration:Collaborate with various teams including design engineering and construction to ensure seamless integration of Schindlers products into building projects.Project Support:Provide BIM-related support throughout the project lifecycle from design and planning to construction and maintenance.Mobility needs youProficiency in BIM software (e.g. Revit AutoCAD).Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.Excellent 3D modeling skills.Solid understanding of building construction and engineering principles.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience with Schindlers products and systems (preferred).Relevant Experience (Min 3yrs.)Do you want to move the future with usFor questions please dont hesitate to ask Megann D Souza Phone (971)At Schindler Group we value inclusion and diversity and practice equity to create equal opportunities for all.
