JR BUDGET CONTROLLER

ResponsibilitiesAssist Cost Control Manager/Senior Cost Control Engineer to deliver thorough, independent and complete Cost Control Reports for ProjectsEnsure the accuracy and integrity of data, correctness of cost allocation, analysis of cost / earn trendsCollect all relevant needed information (work Cost, Actual data etc.) from the Estimators, Reporting / planning engineers, Project manager, and/or from finance department etcProcess and analyze all gathered data into estimate software (InEight) and create Cost forecastTimely preparation of departmental reports, analysis of trends, comparison with Cost, explanation of variancesDriving the process of consolidation and reporting automationRegularly visit project site, coordinate and consult with project management team, inform them of critical issuesAssign and approve Cost for PR / IR as per approved Work BudgetEnsure gathered data and Cost information is maintained and knowledge is transferred to estimation and commercial departmentAssist in preparing estimates as per the ad hoc requirement from Project Manager / teamAd-hoc reports preparation, support of PCM / BCM in ongoing projects and non-routine activitiesIdentify the Risks, opportunities & assumptions made within the Work budgetTechnical skills with thorough knowledge of Cost Control principalsResponsible for all well organized & accurate documentation for internal & external audits.This is a generalist view of a Job that you have been assigned for – at times you may be requested to do above/beyond the scope of this role due to Operational requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
